I saw Mabou Mines' Dollhouse at St. Ann's last night, and highly recommend it. A member of the cast is pictured below.

No matter how hard I work this week, I don't think I'll be able to come up with a better found image than this.

I had forgotten just how much this particular project encourages procrastination. I have no good found images to share. I have discovered, however, how obscene the logo for the Fall Guy was.

everyone thinks (even icub researchers) walking is so easy. just build a humanoid, spent millions but fuck no. because there is a nonlinear coupling between center of mass and zero moment point. one of the common way is to put 3-d inverted pendulum and imply several control loops. icub has too many degrees of freedom but i am not convinced that they can prevent redundancy (whole body motion?). hope they can do well.
